For the Recipe
- Oreo Strawberry Cream- ½ cup
- Butter - 3 tbsp + 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp + 2 tsp
- Flour - ½ cup + 2 tbsp
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
Directions
Melt the butter.
Put eggs & sugar. Whisk it well.
Scoop the strawberry cream from the Oreo biscuit & keep it aside.
Add flour and mix it together.
Break the Oreo cookies into pieces.
Add it into the dough. Mix it together & refrigerate it for 15 mins.
Scoop out the dough to 30 grams each. Smear the Oreo strawberry cream on to the dough.
Bake it at 150 Celsius for 15 mins.
Pre heat the oven at 150 Celsius for 15 mins.
