For the Recipe
- Flour - ¼ cup + 3 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Sugar -1 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Yeast - ½ tsp
- Cadbury Gems - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
Directions
Pour warm milk in a bowl. Add butter and whisk it together.
Add yeast and sugar. Whisk it together.
Add the flour.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it sit in room temperature for an hour.
Transfer the dough on a flat surface.
Roll out the dough and spread the butter.
Add Cadbury Gems on top.
Roll in the dough.
Cut the dough and place it in a baking tray.
Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 170°C.
Preheat the oven to 150°C for 15 minutes.
