For the Recipe
- Flour - ¾ cup + 1 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Yeast - 2 tsp
- Egg - 1 egg
- Vegetable - ½ cup + 3 tbsp
- Coconut shavings - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk - ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
Directions
In a bowl, add warm milk, sugar & yeast.
Cover it with a cling film and let it sit for 15 mins.
Melt the butter. Into the mixing bowl, pour in the melted butter & eggs.
Whisk all the wet ingredients together.
Add four into the wet ingredients and make a dough.
Let the dough sit for 1 hour in room temperature.
Transfer to a flat surface and flatten the dough to medium thick & cut the dough to round shapes.
Let it sit in room temperature for another 10 mins.
Fry the dough in a low medium heat until it gets golden brown.
Melt the chocolate.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag.
Fill in the buns with melted chocolate.
Finish it off with a dust of cocoa powder and sprinkles of coconut shavings.
