For the Recipe
- Pistachios – ½ cup
- Cadbury White Chocolate – ½ Cup
Directions
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler.
Add the chopped pistachios to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Put the mix into the silicon mold then sprinkle more pistachios on top and keep in the freezer to set for about 10 minutes. Once set, take it out from the mold and keep it refrigerated.
TIPS:
It is best to chop the chocolate into small pieces to speed up the process of melting it.
