1 cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of your favourite liqueur (e.g., Baileys, Kahlúa, or whiskey)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Melt dark chocolate using the steam method and make a smooth liquid. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs to make a frothy mix.
Add vanilla extract and your favourite liquor and stir well. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt then fold it until well combined.
Pour the batter into the lined pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is slightly moist.
Take the pan out, let cool for few minutes, slice it up and serve.
