For the Recipe

  • Heavy Cream- 1 1/2cup
  • Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - 150 gm
  • Malta Orange- 1

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to a bowl. Add 150 ml cream and microwave it to melt completely.

Whisk the remaining cream to form soft peaks and make sure to not over whisk it else it will curdle.

Mix the cream, a little at a time into the melted chocolate until a smooth mixture forms. Save a little for the topping.

Peel the orange skin to get the zest. Make sure you don’t include the whites from the peel or it will make the mousse bitter. Chop the peel into tiny pieces.

Mix 1 tbsp of orange peel into the mousse. Mix it gently.

Add the mousse into a serving dish and garnish with a slice of malta orange and orange peel.

Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Serve cold.

TIPS:

Don’t over-whisk the cream or it will curdle.
