For the Recipe
- Sandwich Bread (white) – 6 Slices
- Cadbury Dairy Milk (room temperature) – approx 6 Cubes
- Eggs – 2 medium sizes
- Breadcrumbs – 2/3 Cups
- Olive Oil (for frying) – 1 Cup
Directions
Beat the eggs and put in a bowl, fill another plate with the breadcrumbs.
Roll the bread flat with a rolling pin, then place 2 pieces of chocolate on top.
Place a second slice of bread on top and take a glass and push hard to get a nice round shape.
Press the edges well otherwise the chocolate will run out.
First dip the circle bread in the egg.
Then cover it with the breadcrumbs.
Heat the frying pan and add the olive oil, fry the sandwich on both sides until golden brown.
Let the oil drain out on a kitchen paper and let it sit for some time.
TIPS:
Best eaten freshly made for that crunchy outside and gooey inside.
