Dairy-Free American Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe That Tastes Amazing

Ingredients:

¾ cup butter (regular or dairy-free), melted
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¾ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 square baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2:

Melt vegan butter add sugars to it and whisk to make a thick paste that leaves the sides. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix again.

Step 3:

Combine dry ingredients that is cocoa powder, salt, and flour in a bowl and mix until well combined. Then transfer this dry mix into the wet mix gradually and whisk until well combined.

Step 4:

Pour the batter into the baking pan and make the top even with a spatula.

Step 5:

Bake for 30-40 minutes and begin checking after 30 minutes by poking a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean then brownies are done.

Step 6:

Once baked, cool the brownies and cut them into squares to serve and enjoy.
