For the Recipe
- 4 bananas
- 80 gm of Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 20 gm of almonds
- 20 gm of cashews
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
Directions
Slice the bananas and place on a tray.
Cover with a parchment paper and gently press on it.
Spread the peanut butter.
Melt the chocolate.
Layer the chocolate on top of the peanut butter spread.
Crush the nuts.
Add the crushed nuts on top.
Refrigerate it for 15-20 mins. Serve it chilled.
You can use any type of nuts you have at home for this recipe - use crushed hazelnuts, crushed peanuts, hazelnuts, even pistachios.
For the peanut butter layer, you can also use crunchy peanut butter for an additional crunchy layer beneath the chocolate coating.
Instead of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, you can also use Cadbury Bournville for a richer, deeper, and less sweeter version of the Nutty Banana.
Using white chocolate can also be a different variation, and you can add a little vanilla essence or extract in it.
