Take a 13x9-inch pan. Line it with foil. The foil should extend over the sides of the pan. Spray cooking spray on the pan.
Chop 4 Oreo Cookies. Reserve for later use.
Crush the remaining Oreo Cookies.
Add butter to the crushed cookies.
Transfer the butter cookie mixture into the prepared pan. Press it onto the bottom of the pan.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Take a large bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat with a mixer until well-combined.
Add the melted baking white chocolate. Mix well.
Add the whipped cream. Stir it with a whisker only until blended.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
Top with mixed berries and reserved chopped Oreo Cookies. Gently press into the mixture so they stay in place.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Use the foil handles to remove from pan. Cut into squares. Oreo Berries and Creme Squares are ready.
