Insert a wooden pop stick into the stem end of each apple.
Cook the caramels and water in a saucepan on medium-low heat until the caramels are completely melted. Keep stirring the mixture frequently.
Take a baking sheet and cover it with wax paper.
Dip the apples, one at a time, in the caramel sauce. Spoon the remaining caramel over the apples until they are completely covered with it.
Lay out the chopped Oreo Cookies. Roll the caramel-coated apples in the Oreo crumbs. Gently press the crumbs into the caramel to secure their position.
Once done, place the Oreo Caramel covered apples on the prepared baking sheet.
Let it stand for 25 minutes or until the caramel layer is firm.
Melt the baking white chocolate as directed on the package. Stir in the yellow and red food colouring. Cool for 15 minutes.
Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the apples. Let it stand for 10 minutes or until firm. Oreo Caramel-Dipped Apples are ready!
