Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil. The foil should extend over the sides of the pan.
Take 18 Oreo Cookies. Crush them until they turn into fine powder. Mix with melted butter until well blended.
Transfer the cookie mixture to the prepared pan. Press it onto the bottom of the pan.
Take a large bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat it with a mixer until well blended.
Add the greek yoghurt and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat the mixture on low speed after each addition until it is blended.
Chop nine of the remaining Oreo Cookies. Stir into chopped cookies into the batter.
Transfer the batter to the pan. Pour it over the cookie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the centre is almost set. Cool for an hour.
After 15 minutes, take a microwaveable bowl. Add the chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk and whipping cream.
Heat it in the microwave on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until the chocolate melts completely. Stir the mixture to ensure it is well-combined. Set it aside to cool.
Once the cheesecake is cooled, spread the chocolate mixture over it. Refrigerate for three hours.
Take the remaining Oreo Cookies. Cut them into quarters.
Use the foil handles to remove the cheesecake from the pan. Cut it into bars. Garnish with Oreo Cookie quarters. Oreo Cheesecake Bites are ready!
