Mix the cream cheese and finely crushed Oreo Cookies until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 24 (1-inch) balls. Press your fingers into opposite ends of the ball to make indentations.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Take a baking sheet. Cover it with parchment paper.
Insert a toothpick in one ball. Dip the ball into the melted Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk. Insert 1 Cadbury Gem into each indentation. Place the ball on the prepared baking sheet. Remove the toothpick. Repeat for the remaining balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate becomes firm. Oreo Tire Cookie Balls are ready!
