Preheat oven to 180°C.
Take 12 muffin cups. Line them with paper.
Place one Oreo Cookie in each muffin cup.
Coarsely chop the remaining Oreo Cookies. Set aside.
Take a large bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat with a mixer until well-combined.
Add the greek yoghurt and vanilla extract. Mix well.
One at a time, add the eggs to the mixture. Beat it on low speed after each addition, just until blended.
Stir in the chopped Oreo Cookies.
Spoon the mixture into muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the centres of the cakes are almost set. Let the cakes cool.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Take the cheesecakes out of the muffin pan. Discard the paper liners. Serve the cake cookie-side up. Oreo Upside-Down Mini Cheesecakes are ready!
