For the Recipe
- Almond Milk - ½ cup
- Banana - 3 pieces
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 15ml
- Peanut Butter - 20ml
- Cinnamon Powder - 2ml
- Strawberry - 4 pieces
- Blueberries - 7 pieces
- Granola - 15ml
- Sunflower seeds - 15ml
- Roasted Pumpkin - 15ml
- Roasted peanut - 15ml
- Chia Seed - 5ml
- Flax Seed - 5ml
Directions
Put the almond milk, banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, cinnamon powder and blend.
Stir it until it forms a nice thick paste.
Pour the mixture into a bowl & set aside.
Roast the Pumpkin seed, peanut & sunflower seeds and fine chop it.
Slice banana & Strawberries.
Add the toppings to the mixture bowl - Chia seeds, Granola, Flaxseed, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, strawberries, bananas & blueberries and serve.
TIPS:
Serve it as a high protein breakfast or an evening snack.
