PRO-TIPS FOR MAKING THE PERFECT S’MORES:
Hold the marshmallows at a safe distance from the flame, so they turn golden on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Always use a fresh packet of crackers so they have a crunch and a snap to them. If you do have soft crackers from an already opened packet, toast them in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes.

Prepare your ingredients in advance (like melting the chocolate) so you can swiftly assemble and eat your s’mores.

Always use quality ingredients, such as Cadbury Dairy milk chocolate. If you want something less sweet, then you can go for Cadbury’s dark chocolate range. White chocolate can also be a perfect accompaniment to marshmallows and crackers.

You can also use salted crackers if you want to create a contrast of sweet and salty flavors.

Don’t keep the s’mores waiting to be eaten for too long. You want them fresh off the flame - warm and gooey.

If you’re making s’mores with children, never leave them alone around the flame.
