For the Recipe
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ¼ cup of pecan nuts
- ½ cup of dragon fruit
- ¼ cup of strawberries
- 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp of milk
- ¼ cup + 3 tbsp of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk
Directions
Crush the pecan nuts in a food processor or using a mortar and pestle.
Then cut the dragon fruit into bite-sized cubes.
Slice the strawberries and blueberries into halves.
Next, line a bowl with parchment paper.
Combine the crushed pecans and blueberries to create the first layer.
The second layer is made of the dragon fruit cubes and strawberry halves.
Melt the Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk in the microwave, and add 2 tablespoons of milk to achieve a pourable consistency.
Pour this chocolate over the layers of fruits and nuts. Finally, sprinkle the desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate to allow the dessert to set for about 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and cut into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
Add raspberries or any nuts of your choice.
You can use melted Cadbury Bournville chocolate instead of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, if you’re a fan of dark chocolate.
Toast the pecans in a pan beforehand to enhance their aroma and increase their crunch.
