For the Recipe

  • Oreo Cookies – 1 packet (small)
  • Cream cheese – 1/4 Cup
  • Condensed Milk – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Cadbury White (melted) – 2/3 Cup
  • Food coloring (Optional)

Directions

Add a little food coloring into the melted chocolate and pour it into the mold making sure that the sides are well covered in chocolate. Take out excess chocolate and let it freeze for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl add the cream cheese, condensed milk and the crushed Oreo cookies and mix thoroughly till all ingredients are combined.

Take out the mold from the freezer and fill it with the cream filling, make sure not to fill till the brim, and let it freeze for another 5 minutes.

Once set, add another layer of the melted chocolate on top, remove excess chocolate and let it freeze for about 5 minutes.

Once set, take it out of the mold and keep it refrigerated.

TIPS:
White chocolate hardens easily so if the melted chocolate hardens in between the recipe stages, microwave and stir again, making sure it does not burn.
