For the Recipe
- 2 Eggs
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch)
- All purpose flour – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 and ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder – 1 and ½ tbsp
Directions
Take the eggs and sugar and mix well.
Add the melted butter and salt to it.
In a bowl take flour and milk and whisk them together.
Blend all the mixtures and add Vanilla essence.
Take a small portion of the batter, add cocoa powder & stir it.
Heat the pan and pour the plain batter, cook for 40 seconds. Add the Cocoa batter to it, and cook for another 30 seconds.
Roll it and serve it with any fruits of your choice.
TIPS:
Best when served hot. You can also add cream as toppings.
