Take a bowl. Add the white flour, cocoa powder, crushed or powdered sugar and milk. Mix until it is well-combined and there are no lumps.
Take a saucepan. Strain the mixture into the saucepan.
Add the malai or cream, coffee powder, Dairy Milk Chocolate and a pinch of salt.
Place the saucepan on the gas, on low-medium flame. Use a whisk or spatula to cook the mixture. Keep mixing until it has a thick consistency.
Let it cool down for half an hour, and then serve it in glasses. Chocolate Mousse Short is ready!
