For the Recipe

  • 2 drops Green food colouring (oil based)
  • 15 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
  • ¼ tsp Holiday sprinkles (green, red and white)
  • 1½ tbsp Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, meltedBuy
  • 30 nos Cadbury GemsBuy

Directions

  1. Step 01

Combine the melted white chocolate and food colouring. Mix well.

  2. Step 02

Take a baking sheet. Cover it with parchment paper.

  3. Step 03

Take 1 Oreo Cookie. Insert a wooden popstick in the centre, into the cookie filling.

  4. Step 04

Dip the Oreo Cookies, one at a time, into the coloured chocolate mixture. Turn them around so that both sides are evenly coated with melted chocolate. Gently shake it to remove the excess chocolate.

  5. Step 05

Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet to resemble Christmas trees. Add the holiday sprinkles.

  6. Step 06

Use a spoon to transfer the melted Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk into a resealable plastic bag. Make a hole in a corner at the bottom of the bag to use as a piping bag.

  7. Step 07

Pipe chocolate lines on the tree so that they resemble the Christmas light wires.

  8. Step 08

Use Cadbury Gems to make the lights.

  9. Step 09

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the coating is firm.
