Oreo Cheesecake Shots Recipe

Directions

1. Step 01

   Take two Oreo Cookies. Use a serrated knife to cut them into quarters. Chop the remaining cookies coarsely.

2. Step 02

   Take a medium bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Mix until well combined.

3. Step 03

   Gently stir in the whipped cream.

4. Step 04

   Use a spoon to transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Make a hole in one corner of the bag to use as a piping bag.

5. Step 05

   Take a microwaveable bowl. Add the berry jam. Heat it in the microwave on high power for 10 seconds. Stir once done.

6. Step 06

   Take 8 shot glasses. Add half of the chopped cookies evenly to each glass.

7. Step 07

   Follow it with the cream cheese layer (half, added evenly to each glass). Finally, add half the berry jam evenly to each glass.

8. Step 08

   Repeat the layers - start with chopped cookies, then cream cheese mixture and then the berry jam.

9. Step 09

   Garnish the shots with the Oreo Cookie quarters. Oreo Cheesecake Shots are ready!
