Take a 13x9 - inch pan. Line it with foil. The foil should extend over the sides of the pan. Spray the pan with cooking spray.
Take a large microwaveable bowl. Add 55g of the baking white chocolate and the butter.
Put the bowl in the microwave. Heat it on high power for a minute or until the butter melts.
Stir it until the chocolate melts completely, and the mixture is well-combined.
Add 5½ cups of the marshmallows and mix lightly. Heat it in the microwave for 1 - 1½ minutes (stir every 30 seconds) or until the marshmallows are completely melted, and the mixture is well-combined.
Add the popcorn and chopped Oreo Cookies. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking pan. Top it with the remaining marshmallows.
Melt the remaining 30g of baking white chocolate as directed on the package. Drizzle it over the mixture. Let it cool.
Use the foil handles to remove the popcorn mixture from the pan.
Cut it up and place it on serving plates. Oreo Rocky Road Popcorn Treats are ready!
