For the Recipe
- Full Cream Milk-1 Ltr
- Fresh Cream- 1 cup
- Vanilla Custard Powder- 3 tbsp
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder- 2 ½ tbsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk- ½ Bar
- Vanilla Extract- 2 tsp
- Brown Sugar- ½ cup
- Banana for garnish
Directions
Add the milk to a heavy bottomed pan and reduce it on low heat for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the custard powder and 4 tbsp water and mix until it has combined well.
Once the milk is thick enough, pour in the custard powder while whisking the milk.
Add the sugar, vanilla and cream, and whisk.
Cook the custard for 5-6 minutes on low heat while whisking constantly so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Take the custard off the heat and pour out half in a bowl.
To the half that’s in the pan, add the cocoa and chocolate. Whisk until everything is combined and cook it on low heat for another 2 minutes.
Pass both the vanilla and chocolate custards through a sieve so that there are no lumps.
To serve, add scoops of the chocolate custard and then top it off with the vanilla custard in small cups.
Repeat the process for all cups.
Garnish with curled chocolate and banana slices.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
